BRIEF: Increase brand awareness to drive consideration and trial of Bays English Muffins, specifically with quality-seeking “millennial foodies” adults aged 25-40. Build brand buzz with target consumers through brunch takeover events in major cities to establish an emotional hook with targeted consumers utilizing multiple tactics to boost impact. Brunch is an inspirational, aspirational eating occasion, typically enjoyed with friends. Goal is to attach Bays brand to this ownable occasion whose equity helps define our personality with a new, younger audience.
